Troy Mill Weir

Colour Popped? Well no not this time .. this image was taken using my camera in the 'Near Infrared' spectrum and the image processed in 'Elements 8' using 'Adjustment Layers', mainly Levels and Saturation layers.

The 'Saturation' layers were used to remove all 'Red' and increase the 'Yellow', hence the appearance of bright 'Yellow' leaves on an almost 'Mono' background, to the Human Eye these yellow leaves are actually 'Green', what a surprise!

Fuji IS Pro, Nikon 18-55 VR Zoom
Custom White Balance, f11, 1/2 second, 55mm (83mm), ISO:100
